Logos – the use of any of the Powell Systems logos or proprietary artwork on any document or in association with any information, that implicitly or explicitly suggests that the document or information has been prepared or approved by the Powell Systems. The logos are used only on materials generated by Powell Systems or where Powell Systems has elected to work in collaboration with another or multiple organisations.
Use of any of the Powell Systems logos or proprietary artwork without Powell Systems’ consent is an infringement of copyright. No permission will be granted for the use of the logos or artwork nor will reproduction of the logos in any form be allowed unless Powell Systems determines that the material and proposed editorial or story on/in which the logos is to be used is of a type that Powell Systems are able to accept.

Intellectual Property/Copyright Vested in Third Part Entities – Powell Systems does not have the legal authority to grant permission to re-use documents where legal rights are owned by third party Entities and does not grant such permission.
Applications for Re-use or Use Outside Voluntary Dispensation – If you wish to make a specific application to Re-use or Use Outside Voluntary Dispensation any of our website contents, please forward your request to admin@powell-systems.co.uk to ask permission, together with details of what, if any, additional conditions and/or charges may apply.
