As part of our support service we are able to remotely interrogate the systems which we have installed. This allows us to perform various functions for the client such as changing setpoints or altering time clocks. We are also able to diagnose what a problem may be and sometimes even solve it prior to an engineer attending site. For a critical installation we are able to use the BMS to generate an alarm message to either come up on our computer in the office or to be sent to our emergency paging service.

We offer a 24 hour emergency service with various response times. Customers dial a groupcall pager number and a qualified duty engineer will return the call to discuss the problem and if necessary, remotely access the BMS system or attend site .
